What was checked, and not found

No Federal Register document amending § 101.11 in 2025 or 2026 was located, and the FDA menu labelling page still carries 13 December 2023; an eCFR marker reading last amended 8/19/2026 could not be reconciled against any published document, and Edition 2 of the supplemental guidance, announced 14 December 2023, remains draft.
